Our Services Interior cleanup includes: Bathrooms, kitchens [including appliances], fireplaces, ceiling fans & light fixtures, upper & lower level windows and window sills/baseboard, laundry rooms, closets, and all other common living areas and garage [cleared out and swept clean]. We vacuum carpets and mop floors. Exterior cleanup includes: Grass cut, shrub trim, weed-eating, and yard debris removal is included in the flat rate. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
PROPERTY PRESERVATION
Interior & exterior trashout and cleanup of foreclosed and abandoned properties, including 1,600 sf house, ¼ acre yard,
and debris removal for a flat rate. We can also do boardups,
vehicle & vessel removal, lock changes, and minor repairs.
It’s important to note that we are not your ordinary housekeeping or landscaping service for owner- or tenant-occupied properties. But we can provide janitorial refresh services and lawn care maintenance to keep unoccupied properties in clean and show condition.
