Over eleven years experience inspecting commercial and residential properties
State licensed fire safety inspector
 Member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
We fulfill at least 18 hours of continuing education annually.


ABOUT THE OWNER
 David Mingo is a Cincinnati native who also works as a firefighter
for the City of Cincinnati and as a mortgage broker.  He became interested
in home inspection after buying investment property without an inspection. 
A building that looked cosmetically sound turned out to have numerous
unseen issues that led to major repairs.  David vowed to do his part
to educate buyers and sellers in making an informed decision.
